Varun Jami is the Co-Founder of GreenJams, an award-winning clean construction technology startup based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
He is a lawyer turned entrepreneur who earned a B.A., LL.B. degree from the prestigious Jindal Global Law School. His knack for curating and leading programmes began at a young age of 10 years and has been awarded for his academic as well as leadership skills throughout his education. At the age of 22, during his final year of law school, he was honoured in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Class of 2019. He has also bagged multiple awards such as Economic Times Leaders of Tomorrow, Meaningful Business 100, Best Social Enterprise Award by Action for India, and many more.
He is currently the Chair of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at CII – Young Indians – Vizag and is actively trying to foster the innovation ecosystem in Vizag. He is an avid sports enthusiast who plays chess, badminton and basketball, and finds his passion in businesses that have social impact.
